Get ready to unleash your inner rock star because Ruth G is bringing her guitar, and we're going to sing our hearts out!
All singers are enthusiastically invited to join us at 9:30 for a quick practice session right before the rally on the corner. While it's not mandatory, it's highly recommended for an extra dose of fun!
Ruth will be there bright and early at 9:00 am, guitar in hand, ready to lead the charge.
We'll be belting out some of the most iconic protest songs like "This Land is Your Land," "If I Had a Hammer," "We Shall Overcome," and more. We're not here to perform or hit every note perfectly. We're just a passionate group of people who love to sing along and believe that some great songs can uplift our spirits and shake the rafters. As Pete Seeger wisely said, "A good song reminds us what we're fighting for" and "The right song at the right moment could change history."
